I integrate this truth in my approach to deliver a custom experience to each of my clients. Over my years in real estate, I have become a very strong negotiator and this is not lip service, my sellers have earned 104% of the listing price and buyers have been able to purchase a home at just 94% of the listing price. This alone can earn and save you 10’s of thousands of dollars to be used for other things. I pride myself in my marketing and prospecting using all types of media and social media to get your home out there for high exposure and a quick sale.

I listen to my customer’s wants, needs, and desires and provide them the service they've come to expect. I assist home buyers and sellers throughout the GTA and specialize in the Toronto, Durham Region, Real Estate markets; Specifically Upper Bloor West, Junction, High Park, Roncey Seaton Village, The Annex, also Hard & Soft Lofts and Condos.
